Probably that front panel pcb which contains the button must be replaced. I might have one for you, but must be checked if can be replaced and good working order.
If I am correct, you must do Program variant configuration. As far as I know, it cannot be done with opcom, but tech2 can. I have one.
I do not see why you could not fit cd70. Depends on which screen you go for, GID or CID, has to be programmed without ECC. That is done at program variant configuration. As far as I know, vectra c 2006 is full can bus, so the plug at cd70 should fit, about screen I do not know.

Heeft u alle benodigde onderdelen? Als ik u begeleiden hoe je dat doet, kun je het maken? Ik heb het gedaan op mijn Corsa C, ik heb Tech2 voor de programmering, niets anders werkt.
It seems that the code did not match with the one stored in the cd30 mp3. That is a bit strange, is this not the original cd30 mp3 of the car, maybe was latter fitted together with the display by a previous owner?
Of course there is the hardware solution, removal of EEPROM memory, read the hex file, reset the code to 0000 and put it in delivery mode. That’s a job for Pecky’s forum in UK.
Also Opcom is not good at reset, only tech2 is the best solution.
UHP4 goes on with CD30, CD30 MP3, CDC40 OPERA, CD70 NAVI, DVD90 NAVI, DVD100 NAVI and GID display or CID display with minimum software version 59 on Siemens VDO or with all Delphi-Grundig.
Price: new UHP4, 90 euro, original microphone 20 euro, 32 pin connector and some wiring 10 euro. Plus shipping from Europe.
7 wires to car connections to be done, 2 at the microphone, then programming with tech2 or mdi only. No other tester will work. Car pin code is needed for programming.
I did all above on my Corsa C and sound quality is good!
Hello there, if anybody needs oem tech2 original, gratis for diagnosis, PM me. I am living in Capelle aan den IJssel. I limit myself to reading codes, clearing codes, programming as far as I know, if you know more, I have the tool.

As far as I know, there is no oil temperature sensor on your car. Neither a location for it, unless you drill into the oil bath with some kind of adaptor.
