There is one fault at the ABS/TC connector causing CAN communication problems. There is a Field remedy 1537 with repair kit code GM 93177022. You can also try to clean the connector and apply a special grease for electrical contacts.
All above is a translation from another forum. Looks easy to solve. Other errors may be caused by faulty CIM module.

Complaint: Failure of instruments while driving, swinging of instruments, vehicle will not start, ABS warning lamp lights on, problems while storing trouble codes of ABS wheel speed sensor.
Cause: Poor contact of wiring harness connector ABS control unit.
Production: As of MY 2003,5, modified wiring harness connectors are implemented to production.Remedy:
In case of customer complaint check the contacts of wiring harness plug ABSto ABS control unit with the test cable which is to order.
The field remedy consist of 2 parts.
Part I:
Checking of contacts of wiring harness plug ABS to ABS control unit by using the test cable.
Part II:
In case of a damage, which is detected during the checking procedure in part I, replace wiring harness plug ABS by a repair kit, which is to order separately.
You must buy cdr2005 with code. As far as I know, cdr2005 cannot be reset with tech2. So it will stay with the code.
Buy only CDR2005 with code. Otherwise EEPROM memory must be read to get the code.
I have tech2 and CDR2005 and I was not able to find how to reset it. So my conclusion is, CDR2005 will stay with the programmed code from factory. You need to have the code.
It appears that code index of TID display must be changed, only with tech2. CDR2005 code must be known for decoding.
I am not 100% sure but maybe code index of TID must be changed from 012 to 011 (unconfirmed value). It can be done only with tech2 equipment, if my informations are correct. I can try this evening with my spare TID and spare cdr2005. If you come to my place, I can do it for free, it takes few minutes.
Code index 012 means TID is in delivery mode (this is how Corsa C without radio have been delivered), again, I am not 100% sure of this information.

If you live close by me, we can use my ECU from Z14XE Corsa C, should be same part number. I can upload Astra G software in it, reprogram it to your car with tech2 and give it a try. My ECU works very good, no problems with the car.

Controleer EHU, DIS, ECC hebben dezelfde configuratie op Mid speed CANbus programmeren.
Heeft u UHP, DAB geïnstalleerd op de auto?
