If it is from 2003, than it must be Z12XE engine type. Chain or belt, I am not 100%, but most likely is chain. Easytronic is not automatic transmission by Opel designation. It is Manual Transmision Automatic. It is actually a manual gearbox with normal clutch but with actuators. I think 3 motors, well know to get defective in time and give you sufficient trouble to have Easytronic in the future. Unless you are diy and able to repair it. The good part of Easytronic is that you can always change it to manual and are sufficient spare parts on the market to do that in a cheap manner.
I got the wiring with the uhp4 kit. I do not think you have it in the car but you can maybe check with epc4 parts catalogue based on you car serial vin.
Upa4 or uhp4? I have built in uhp4 module with cd70 navi. All work nice and I programmed all with my tech2.
I have Z14XE, although with automatic gearbox. Known issues with Z14XE: oil consumption and ECU gets dead after a while due to incorrect positioning on the engine (hot-cold cycles and vibrations). I am not entirely happy with PK so plan to change to Z18XE in future. On Z14XE EGR may do some trouble but it can be disabled by original GM software, but this depends on the serial number of the car (VIN).
On Z12XE, EGR has the worst place ever seen on a car. Maybe Z13DT is as bad.
Yes, if you tell the display that there is no radio, you can do that by Reset ECU or Deactivate theft protection (more or less same thing). That means the display will be divorced from your car and DISPLAY SAFE will be shown.
There was another option to tell display which radio is installed, but I do not really remember if there was an option to tell NO RADIO. I can check in my Corsa C unit, in the next days.
Astra G is something else, I think DutchJ has no BC and for him was just enough to get date and hour by changing the code index.
The meniul change in GID is done by original radio buttons and steering wheel controls (at least on my Corsa C). Since original radio is removed, how will the order be received by the GID? Who will send this order, as all is done by CANBUS?
Ask your Pioneer installer, maybe he can integrate the controls to GID, but I really doubt it, never seen one.
I think will not be possible. Or aftermarket stereo, or Board Computer display. If you reset the display, will be even worse, will continuously show DISPLAY SAFE. ;)
As long as the keys are already programmed, yes.
Did you used Immobiliser Function programming button? Is also the VIN programmed? Check picture below:

P1610 Immobiliser Function not Programmed
Programming sequence has not been completed. This is what the error indicates. If you have further questions, post car, year and motor code.
As far as I know and tried on my Corsa C, it is not possible to reset CDR2005. It will stay with that original code forever. I have also one CDR2005 with power button problem. Somebody told me that this button can be used for repair:
http://www.soselectronic.ro/?str=371&artnum=70235&name=alps-stec12e08-ec12e24244″ onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false;
You can try to install CDR500, give it a shot, why not?
In the future, you can do cd70 navi with GID or CID, board computer (depends on engine model), GM bluetooth module with voice control and steering wheel controls.
I did a last try last evening and suprise, got a reply. Nice.
Hmmm, really big chance diodes in alternator are broken. Best to see with a scope. Man, I really need to buy one osciloscope.
Difficult to answer, you do not specify where the pressure was measured. At the inlet or the outlet of the compressor? Even so, output pressure depends on thermal load, interior temperature, exterior temperature and few other factors. Causes of high pressure can be: too much refrigerant, expansion valve blocked, water in the system, dryer blocked, radiator blocker or not sufficient cooling ensured, cooling fan malfunction. Causes of vibrations: high pressure, lack of lubrication oil, wear and tear.
Does the high beam behaves the same? Flickering means the voltage is not stable. It is not stable anyway from the altenator, but your dimming has a slow frequency. From what I can see in the drawings, lights are supplied through Underhood electronic module, so maybe a fault there? First try high beam!
I am not the only one to say on forums that 1.39 is the most stable. Yes, 1.45 may be used on newer cars. Example: my Corsa C, 1.39 is the only one which connects to Instruments Panel. Nothing else.
You have a choice, stay with 1.45 and you cannot use the tool or go lower 1.39 and enjoy some diagnostics. I hope it will work out for you the best way.
10 oktober 2014 om 17:22 In reactie op: corsa b 1.4 16v automaat auto wil nie harder als 100 km #18256587Was the fuel filter replaced regulary? Check conditions of spark plugs, also colour. Any warning lights on the dashboard?
For older cars, 1.39 works best. Not 1.45. You need to downgrade to 1.38 using opfut or ocflash (if I remember the name correctly).
However, I could not do it on Wouter’s opcom, as the bootloader was corrupted (disabled).

7 oktober 2014 om 20:47 In reactie op: Aankooptips en uitbereidingsmogelijkheden Corsa C GSI #18256427I forgot, cruise control can also be retrofitted, at least I did on Z14XE ecu, maybe GSI has it standard.
7 oktober 2014 om 20:45 In reactie op: Aankooptips en uitbereidingsmogelijkheden Corsa C GSI #18256426Yes, I will start translating them in the original pages, each post will have both languages. Will take some time, I hope you are not in hurry! ;)
No, it is not necessarily correct that GSI has ESP (was optional). Check corsa-c.co.uk on that. This optional extra fitting or not can be checked by me using the original VIN (serial number) of the car. Maybe GSI has traction control standard but again, I am not 100% sure. Please check the original brochures, maybe you know german.
Very nice of you to make dutch translation for colleagues here. :wors
I also change the post above. ;)
7 oktober 2014 om 20:32 In reactie op: Aankooptips en uitbereidingsmogelijkheden Corsa C GSI #18256424I have Z14XE so not sure about Z18XE (not necessarily GSI is 1.8, can be 1.7 cdti as well). The good point is that EGR is not fitted! So no problems there. king: My next retrofit will be one Z18XE in my Corsa C with automatic gearbox from Astra G.
I would check oil level on engine, good idle sound and not too many vibrations, good acceleration response (even with car standing still). Open oil filling cap and look into the engine, check for oil sludge. If you see oil sludge, run away! Check how fast the oil pressure light goes off after engine start, it should go off quite fast.

(since not sure if my dutch is ok, it looks like minus connections to car frame are corroded. All other the place, at the back light, at the engine, at the battery and engine-battery). All loose to be made and clean shine to bare metal. Check with voltmeter dynamo charging.)

It is very easy to change km on Corsa C dashboard, with a cheap opcom 25 eur tool. So do not necessarily rely on it, but look around the car. Check steering if strange noises inside car, maybe EPS motor damage. Have opcom or other tool with you, check engine operation and lambda sensor fluctuation aprox 200-800 mV as will indicate good mixture burning. Check brake pads if not worn out, check handbrake, check exhaust if leakage or not, check brake pedal if push is ok, check for oil leakages on engine, check service records, last timing belt change, oil filter, oil, fuel filter, spark plugs.
Check doors and side panels for accident marks, correct fitting. Check all equipment if correct working. Hope it helps.
That is good as well. Your car serial is W0L0XCF0824281046.
I have also 2 codes:
– GM 93182029, pump assembly, PIERBURG, no longer supplied, replaced by GM 93189693
– GM 95507589, pump assembly, SHW/AIRTEX.I think the difference lies with the manufacturer. I cannot advise you further. You need to find out which maker you have on board.
