    I have never seen a Corsa C with analogue sensor for oil level. I think it is just a simple ON OFF contact, so digital input. So to me it is 0 ohms. Too bad I am reinstalling my Vista now, so I have no access at the moment to globaltis.

    As long as F is active, in most of the cases engine will not be allowed to start. You must read the errors with opcom or tech2. Where are you from?

    Ah, I am afraid there are no original codes for the hoses. They come as one unit. You need to buy and cut special hoses for this pressure and fuel, but I do not know from where.

    You can use opcom, get the security code with opcom from your instruments, in EEPROM menu. Skip the dealer fee, you get the code from your car, for free!

    I can even help you for free, you can come to my place and try my opcom and if not ok, we try with original tech2. I have also the cd with latest firmware version. Give me a source with parts for aux-in, I want also to install it on my cd70, but I cannot find the audio chip, only in china.

    As far as I remember, aux-in enable can be done through code index programming (at least with tech2, with opcom I did not try). And you need to have latest firmware version from 2008, maybe 2007 will be good as well.

    I hope the EHU is modified for aux-in, as not all EHU had all electronic parts fitted.

    If I understand correctly, in Opcom you go to 2005, Vectra C, Infotainment System, EHU, double click, and nothing happens. Also radio and DIS work fine. That will be strange, maybe opcom problem.

    The liquid used with easytronic is dot4, same as the brake fluid. This looses properties in time, so must be changed. It is something easy to start with.

    Why do you need to see there Present? I mean, if ECC, EHU and DIS work correctly, and you can connect direct to them by year, vehicle, etc, then there is no problem. Don’t expect too much from opcom.

    I think you have easytronic gearbox. Is that an engine malfunction light coming ON during engine running? For easytronic it is advisable to replace brake fluid and to learn again the contact point of the clutch, with opcom or tech2, to be done according tis procedure.

    Before you buy another pump, check the housing that you do not have this problem!

    In EPC4 I only get the complete assembly as GM 93173977. Double check with other source please.

    Give me your serial of the car, starts with W0L0 and I will try to find the original GM number for your pump.

    I hope I will not sound ridiculous, I just changed one ECU for an Z16SE engine, trouble codes fuel pump relay circuit and accelerator pedal. How did you reach conclusion pump is faulty? Did you do pressure measuring with pump relay bypass?

    Did you give gasklep a good cleaning? Not really important at 3000 rpm, but you never know. New fuel filter?

    I have lot more. Here is what I think you need:
    – first lot of time :) I’ve done this on my Corsa C (from CDR2005 to cd70)
    – cd70 + frame
    – audio plug for cd70 and some wiring with it
    – gps antenna, you can use original on the roof but sourcing all cables would be a bit tricky but not impossible or external gps antenna, few people mounted under the dash;
    – trim for GID
    – plug for GID (it is a bit bigger than what you have now)
    – UHP4 module with plug and some wiring
    – original GM microphone
    – trim for microphone, to fit nicely
    – some microphone cable
    – 3 wires to be connected around steering wheel
    – 1 wire to be connected to ECU
    – connecting all parts together, programming with tech2 or mdi and job done.

    I know it sounds like a lot, but you can source them in time.

    I have available: gid, cd70, gid trim, original gps antenna, external gps antenna, tech2. I can source cheap and new uhp4 modules and microphones.

    Nice car, you have CDR2005 and not CDR500. What you can do on this car:
    – cd70 navi silver color with gps antenna
    – GID or better CID display with: navigation, radio, telephone and board computer
    – UHP4 bluetooth module with original GM microphone.

    I think I have home 2 Meriva GID plastic trims. Other parts you can find here on marktplaats or on marktplaats.de, ebay, etc.

    At least on Z14XE, engine lamp goes off only at starting. So, if the engine does not start, lamp does not go off, so you cannot tell if there are errors stored.

    If the battery is ok, it is most likely the ECU faulty. I think your car has Z16SE engine.

    Me and also ZakhooiTM have spare ECUs for testing, so you can try to see if that is the problem, before you put any money in the engine.
