    Hi

I have a 2020 Crossland X 130hp 52000km with automatic transmission. I have a problem related to speed changes. From 1 to 2, The car gives a strange feeling, difficult to explain. It is like momentary pause or short forward acceleration. Or it feels that something holds and immediately release the car. I faintly feel the same from 2 to 3. There is no other problem, not any noise or vibration. The workshop (Nefkens) said it is OK and this car can do such things.

Is there anybody experiencing something similar…

    Thanks

Does this happen with a cold car only  or also when its warmed up? If its cold it may be the turbo.

But we have no problems with shifting with our 2019 Crossland X (110PK automatic).

    Thanks for the answer :-).

No, it happens most of the time. If you slowly accelerate the car, you barely feel it. But if you quickly accelerate the car, you feel it obviously. During manual shift, there is no problem. Some people say that tritonic gear boxes can do such things.
