hello all

i am a french calibraman here and happy to join you
i have my french club about calibra: calibra-concept.net !!

i will present you my car only calibra with one rieger race kit and one calibra last bumper and soon cliff trim set

the grey sfi 1990

with a climatronic now

turbo 1992

and now

and the last a calibra turbo 1995 with bumper cliff and bbs,and beige leather

you have just to removed the dashboard after you have just had to vacuum hoses on the valve of the ventilation system,and the radiator of this clim with his ventilator and the system of thread
lots of work but great when it work :D

I am SO envious of your climatronic system, hopefully someday I can find a control panel like that to install into my car :wub Word has it that yours is only 1 of 50 ever produced.

You say that you need the radiator and fan as well but are these different from the normal airconditioning radiator and fan? Can you tell us why they are different and if the pump that is driven by the accessories belt also needs to be changed?

where have you find this number?

for the radiator about your clim you can keep yours but the fan need to be placed on this one (not like the other clim)
he is placed on the radiators and you need it for the beam of the climatronic ;)

i take some pics tomorrow to show you cause he is not on my car yet :wors

about the “pump” it’s the same than other,good point :thumbup

I found the number during a search on Google, a person on what I think was a Russian forum mentioned this along with other clear and credible information. The curious thing is that they are so rare I can NOT find any sales brochure about the 2 climate control sets ANYWHERE :(
There is 1 fan in front of my radiator, do you mean that for the climatronic I need to add a second one next to it in the empty space? I would be really happy with the pictures :thumb

you can modifie the beam of the climatronic to take it on your fan ;)

a russian person ? club calibra on russian? have you got a link?

Ah wait, you have the automatic one that has a temperature sensor which is why you need to modify the wiring. My manual climatronic does not have that so I do not need to perform this modification :D I do not have the link anymore but will start searching.
